Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to manage software development projects from planning to successful delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution and delivery.
• Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, developers, designers, and QA teams.
• Monitor project progress and resolve risks and issues proactively.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and project review meetings.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
• Track project performance and prepare status reports.
• Manage project documentation and change requests.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to achieve project goals.

Required Skills

• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Risk assessment and problem-solving abilities.
• Time management and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or team leadership.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
